Apologies for the lack of Behind the scenes blog last month, my feet have barely touched UK soil since January. It's been a super 2 months...!

Henry's a happy man...

and for good reason - a Caterham Supersport on Winter tyres:

White-out!

My daft hat did me proud..

Before the snow

If you read the above feature in 168, you'll know the Caterham's clutch gave up on Henry, here it is 2 minutes after happening...It could only happen on a darkening mountainside.

From one snowy mountainside to another, we visited some of our favourite roads in Wales for the 911 group test. Here's freelance snapper James Lipman firing off a group shot.

4 times LeMans winner and all round nice guy Andy Wallace, with a slow but impressive way to exit a hairpin

Videographer Sam Riley playing it cool....

And not so cool...

The sun was shining for the new SL launch in Marbella

Just managed to grab the end of the sunset...

What a line up!

Talking of line-ups, here's the array of Boxsters on the launch in St Tropez, plus Henry and a stray woofer.

Doesn't she look good..

From the front too..

It's still a tad conservative on the inside though..

This must have taken a few brave pills..

As we're on the subject of Porsche, Paul Stephens had some excellent stock when Henry and I visited..

Swoon..

Here's our man Tiff with a dab of oppo.

.

Guess who had a ridiculous RWD supercar in the dump of snow we had, yep...

The F12 Berlinetta at Geneva, it has some great details..

But ultimately, the Lamborghini Aventador J stole the show. We were lucky enough to get 4hrs exclusive access.

This regular blog just wouldn't be the same without a photograph of staff writer Stephen Dobie pulling a stupid face, just look at how happy he is at the thought of all those sausages...

@ Thepenismightier - An excellent idea! The Boxster photograph was merely a quick iPhone snap on-route to dinner..!

Maybe Mr Dobie could have a column regaling us with his top 10 sausage encounters? Swimming pool Porsche is excellent, but if I could be hyper-critical I'd like to see the whole car reflected in the pool, not have it cropped.

wxj - that could be best rear end ever. Keep em coming :)

All Great Photos. I do not envy the editor who has to choose what makes it into the magazine. The Boxster that appears to be floating on casters in the middle of a swimming pool is particularly amazing.

Excellent. Please keep these blogs coming!
