Is that for the benefit of JL due to his love of 959s or because it's got a private plate? Either way, CAF. Get any more pics?

When they were new there was one used as an everyday car in Sheffield of all places. I used to see it on a regular basis.

Beautiful, not sure if it was the same car but there was a white 959 at the Silverstone classic in 2009.

MI5 have confirmed he had committed suicide using the traditional Russian method: He shot himself 3 times in the head then hid the gun.

Both, and no - was more concerned about working out what the grumbling noise my car is making - happened to be passing Specialist Cars of Malton so pulled up around there in case it needed immediate attention (at the very least, I could have pulled some strings through work and got the car trailered back cheap). Think I have a wheel bearing on the out. Anyway, was poking around my car when I realised I had parked up next to a 959. Had a mooch about (they're so small ) and pottered off to site once I had confirmed nothing appeared to be actually falling off my car, had checked tyre pressures, etc... I'm pretty blasé about super/hypercars TBH.

Still awesome - and doesn't date at all to my eyes. But then I'm biased.

It's for my benefit as (AFAIK) I'm the only person on here who's been in one.

Yeah, when you've got a bright yellow Puma, everything else is just a little underwhelming.

Thanks for clearing that up for us... it's not like you've mentioned it before.

I assumed you were aiming for 959 references to it.

Well obviously That, and I'm far more interested in track specials/road legal race cars. Ferreri F458 rumbles past...meh. Pulse GT1 on road plates with a tax disc chunters up, coughing and farting, throttle flashing to stop it stalling....yeah, wild horses couldn't have drawn me from that spectacle
