I bet the other drivers are relieved Loeb will only go for three other rallies this year...
For the manufacturers, the battle may be open between Citroen, VW and Ford (the good news being that Ford is still on the right pace in spite of having lost factory backing).
For the drivers, Ogier seems to be the best since Loeb will not compete for the title - but reliability of VW is a question mark, so Latvala (if he stops crashing), Hirvonen (relatively disapointing in this Monte Carlo rallye) and a surprising Sordo could have a chance.
