Woke up this morning to find a young black cat mewing at the front door. Seemed pretty insistent on coming in, and pretty reluctant to leave. My guess would be that a neighbour has accidentally shut him out and he's not liking the cold of the frost. Damn thing won't leave me alone, working is proving impossible with him walking all over me and attacking my keyboard and mouse constantly. Stupid cat. I want to keep him. Stupid me.

Anyone who's ever had a cat will know that this is their natural habitat .

Stick a pic up Seb!... and if you could dress him up in a little tunic for it that would be great.

Looked/felt perfectly healthy to me, obviously a youngster though. I heard the neighbours come back, so have returned him now. Still, the fear of "where is he about to poo/pee" has gone at least.

You might want to wipe your keyboard down. Cat 4rse sweat on your number pad He looks like a much younger, and thinner, version of ours.

Cats generally sleep anywhere but their beds

Also they love heat, if you set one on fire it would merely purr and rub their face against yours. Ours sometimes sleeps on our radiator which I can't hold my hand on for more than a few seconds Dave!

A lot of our old family pets came as strays that then wouldn't leave. He's the spit of my male cat that went missing over a year ago

Her mouth does a triangular Predator impression when she yawns which is a little worrying Dave!

It does look a little thin. Perhaps it belongs to an old person who is dead, undiscovered in their house?

our ginger one is currently asleep on the sofa. Not just the sofa though, and not on something sensible like a cusion either, but on a newspaper. Just to be awkward i expect

It must be a ginger thing, ours will only lay on something, coasters, magazines, roll of selotape or anything which isn't carpet. Dave!

It does make me proud when I see our little lad (cat) popping next door for a crap. That will teach them to slam doors
