Yup, muscle memory could make it a mutinous hand.
Very creepy, but nowhere near as creepy as the face transplants that have already been done. That is straight out of a horror movie.

I remember watching a video in school about the first guy ever who had a hand transplant. He ended up going crazy because of the fact he knew it belonged to someone else and that it was a dead hand and ended up stopping his medication on purpose so that his hand would rot and fall off. Fvcking grim stuff.
