CAR DEALERS
Previous | 12 | Next

So I spotted a potential project car for sale on eBay (Classified ad, not auction) but the description didn't mention whether the car was auto (common) or manual (rarer and what I'm looking for). So, I messaged the seller and asked the question. Overnight, they've revised the advert to include "automatic" in the description but haven't bothered to email me back.

The car has been for sale since October and they've changed the price twice, it's as ugly as sin (paint job) and a bit specialist so you'd think they'd be keen to make contact with anyone showing an ounce of interest in it.

Not that I'd take it with an auto box, though.

Nuts on the road

Stripes and black bits need to go!

The "custom exhaust" is "interesting" too. :?

Yes they really look like the sort of establishment that maintains a permanent online presence

Car is hateful, by the way. HTH.

Isn't that one of the most hated Camaro's?

How about not having a sig at all?

By whom? It comes with the Corvette LT1 motor, the last of the small block Chevy's before the LS1 came around. It trounced the equivalent year Mustangs by about 100bhp and was the most powerful Camaro since the early 70s, so no, it isn't.

The most hated Camaros are probably the late 70s 6 cylinder ones.

In a decent paint job with the T56 gearbox, it'd be good. But it has neither, so isn't.

Hated in the same way the 996 was because of its looks. That said the camaro may have been quite powerful but I can't imagine it could use the power well as the chassis was just a revised version of the one from the 60's.

That is Shedful:D

Looks crap and probably goes the same ;).

However, with a decent paint job it could be a fun hobby.

Also, haven't they finished filming Fast and Furious6 yet

My mum's car is already in FF6, no need to get any more involved.

What Rev said.

Why did they line the dashboard with floor mats? Did Mick work on it??

M135i 8 Speed Auto. Alpine White. Faster than Yu.

I'd guess it originally came from a hot state and the carpet is supposed to protect the dash plastics from the sun.

Ooh, they've added new pictures!

I'm still not buying it.

The real reason Rev wanted the Camaro:

This must be the worst car linked to on the forum that someone has expressed interest in.

Oh come one now, there must be worse. Surely? Someone? Help me out!

I once linked to a boatshoes ad for a burgundy mk3 Ford Zephyr 6 that I quite fancied. No one really got it .
