Very much looking forward to the present I've just bought Ms JL (and me obviously) - a day at Yas Marina hooning about in Radicals - click Anyone else bought something ostensibly for something else but really for you?

Sounds good.
Not Xmas, but I bought teh missus a reasonable camera for her birthday last year, with one eye on our Euro-trip, and some nice pics of the 'xige.

I've nothing for myself this year, but the kids all have presents that I can 'help' them with this year, so I'll have a Nabi 2 Tablet, a Stereo & a Nintendo 3DS to play with

Not for Christmas but after lots of her giving out, I bought her a top end Down sleeping bag. It's lovely and snug

Bought Christine a pair of oven gloves once, which was sort of indirectly for my benefit. However, that was for Valentines Day, not Xmas.

I did actually pull one once that had a big stack of evo mags at her place, but I never saw her again.

Did she recognise you? There is nothing I want. So it's difficult to buy it for someone else instead.

Can she distinguish between a regular 3 e46 and a M3? I have yet to meet any woman who can tell the fast version of a car.
