Vicious attack Notice how the parents were more interested in filming the girl's injuries for a potential law-suit than anything else.

"and her parents release the video as a warning." And after the lawsuit that'll be the end of the dolphin feeding there.....

It's sad really, as it's nobody's 'fault' & that poor girl will probably have hatred & negativity for the park drummed into her now. A shame as I was there in September & it was far & away our favourite park. At the end of the day, it's a wild animal in captivity, so feeders should be educated by both parents & seaworld that things can go wrong.

I wonder if someone in the US has managed to sue a mammal yet. If i was that dolphin i'd be worried about my future supply of herrings!

Do not act as if thou wert going to live ten thousand years. Death hangs over thee. While thou livest, while it is in thy power, be good.

Given that we're mammals too I think it safe to say that someone has...

That's enough porpoise to sue IMO.

I'm sure people have a whale of a time at Seaworld, but a dolphin attacking a human being? This story seems a bit fishy to me.

she was holding a fish, and the dolphin will try to eat the fish. One of my dogs bit my finger once, mistaking it for a sausage that I was holding. Can hardly blame (or sue) the dog
