YOUR WEIRD CAR CRUSH
Previous | 12 | Next

what car did you / do you secretly lust after?

For me it was always this Lancia thema 8.32 which was a close run thing with the Vauxall Lotus Carlton. 40 grand when it was launched for 215 bhp - the output of a warmish hatch today.

Bolt the spare onto the bonnet and I'm done!

and from the beginning think what may be the end.

There are many but my current favourite is the Volvo 240. I've got a plan.

bastard monkey hands

Renault Twizy. I'd think I'd just want to have a go in it the once though, not as a long term thing.

How great would it be to turn up for your driving test in one of those.......imagine the three point turn!

A chap I knew ( a very nice chap as it happens ) had one of these with the complimentary lots of rust. Went well in a straight line. If you looked closely enough you could see hte road through the rust induced hole ..

Always liked the 8.32, especially the spoiler 8)

In real life, a thema turbo with a chip was quicker and handled better.
