FAVOURITE SCENES IN CINEMA?
Previous | 123 | Next

This doesn't have to be the best, most iconic, meaningful or even visually impressive, just the scene which you wait for when watching a particular movie and marks the film out for you.

A few of my favourites....

Face-Off

Sunshine

Waynes World

Undercover Brother

Matrix 3

There are hundreds more but these stuck in my mind today.

Roads? Where we're going we don't need, roads...

I can remember seeing this at the cinema for the first time and the excitement that this filled me with as to the prospect of a sequel :).

Nordschleife - there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right!

You're a big man, but you're in bad shape. With me it's a full time job. Now behave yourself.

Robocop drug factory raid. I love the dialog between Clarence Boddicker (one of the great film baddies) and Sal at the start.

Spazda MX-5/Honda CRF450R/VX220/VFR400

Two more favourites:

Once upon a time in the west

The way music and camera both soar at around 1:45 is pretty special (as is Claudia Cardinale)

Also this:

You've had your six

The start of Apocalypse Now complete with drugged up Sheen and ceiling fan is just awesome.

Inglorious Basterds start is also A-grade cinema, and should be up there with the greats IMO.

This little insignificant bit of Top Gun
