JL v2.0 said... The BMW's latest feature is the propshaft hitting the transmission tunnel when giving it the beans in 2nd - new guibo required, I guess. It's one extra I wouldn't have ticked.
I had a 530d once that did this, except it was so badly worn it was knocking like crazy once over 10mph - at first I thought the auto box was knackered. It's a pig of a job apparently.

It does look good though so not utterly pointless but yes it has caused a few fluffed gearchange.

What's even more annoying is that I've just had the centre propshaft bearing done, so it's in for duplication of labour. Unless they fvcked it up, of course - then I'm not
