Cringe... I've decided to elaborate. The phrase seems to be creeping its way into the magazine in a similar way to "skids". It's all a bit Queefy (both meanings of the word).

Colloquial where? Not in any of the mags / online stuff I've ever read?

Autocar example (3rd paragraph) evo example (penultimate paragraph) CAR example (6th paragraph) I can do this all day... I don't even find it annoying, why not have a bit of variety from 'all wheel drive', '4x4', or 'driving all four corners'?

All paw? That's just atrocious! Ollie - NO! Ever use that in an article when discussing 4WD and I'll be phoning up the mags to cancel your work experience

Magazines are also using "face" now which is ludicrous!

Audi ran a magazine advert in the mid-80s for their quattro variants which comprised 4 paw prints. So it's not a particularly original analogy. Can't find a copy of the ad online so I'll try to find time to dig it out of an old mag and scan it.

There's a magazine called 'evo'. It's not (just) about Mitsubishis. When you're reading it near other humans, you'll know it's 'evo' because they will invariably ask if you're buying a new (Mitsubishi) car. In the magazine, they sometimes they use the phrase "all-paw". It makes me cri... It makes my stabb... I don't like it. LOL

I think it describes the taste and consistency of chicken nuggets perfectly.

I quite like this advert which Audi ran quite a few years ago:

What - all paw? Doesn't sound very nice.
