Top Boy Four part channel 4 offering that was on a week or so ago. Was bloody good, kind of like Kidulthood but a little more slow paced (not in a bad way). Good characters, believeable story (even if it's a world you want NO part in) and well acted - definietely a recommendation from me. 9/10

Boardwalk Empire is hotting up nicely. Last week's episode was gorier than the Walking Dead!

The Evo forum really is a shadow of its former self. I remember when the internet was for the elite and now they seem to let any spastic on.

Sorry, but the new season has been rubbish. Any revelations could be condensed into one episode.

I had mixed feelings for this. Asher D and Kano led with impressive performances, but the presumed lead character Ra'Nell was fairly wooden. The narrative didn't entirely flow and the unsubtle reminders that they're yoots with the constant wagwan / blud / ting jarred . 6.75 dodgy lads driving new top spec hatchbacks around council estates out 10 (Nice use of the E53 X5 4.8 iS - proves my point they're all driven by thugs)

Not a fan of the Sopranos then? Same producers and some of the same writers and a similar slow build up of some interesting characters with their own back stories that end up interacting in some pretty violent ways. I think Jimmy Domitie (sp?) and Richard the war veteran with half his face shot away are great to watch together. (Even when scalping a wheelchair bound b@stard...)

I thought his acting was absolutely spot on for his story/background - proper conflicting issues to deal with. SPOILER ALERT!!! For me, the only weak point was the Leon character who was a little too convenient to tie the story up. The v8 rumble was a good character too though I agree!

I watched the first two or three shows on that free Sky weekend. I'll probably get hold of the series and give it another shot but the early indications were that it definately wasn't as good as The Sopranos and I'd rather revisit that than waste time on Boardwalk Empire.

Yeah, enjoyed that too. Series 1? Must mean there are others planned? TBH, i thought it could have been spread out over more episodes - felt like it came to end too quickly. I wonder what the real kids on the streets made of it?

American dad series 6 Funniest yet. Absolutely love it... Best line from bullock (Patrick Stewart) "...oh yes, da Vinci was a well-known sexual deviant. You know that sketch of a naked man in a wheel? Blueprints for a rape machine"

Whn you say funniest yet - do you mean actually funny unlike all the other series, or do you mean that the other ones are funny and this is even funnier?

Misfits. Last nights episode was absolutely brilliant and next week's episode looks like it is going to be an absolute belter, I can't bloody wait.
