On the off chance that anyone fancies this (I'll stick a proper ad with all the info on AT I expect)

2005 Fiesta ST
Performance Blue
73k miles
FSH
Last serviced around march I think
MoT Nov 17
New tires
New front springs
Drives brilliantly, a few paint scuffs and alloys could do with a refurb

Somewhere around £2k

Shame I'm a bit skint at the moment, as I'd happily have that for the missus. Wouldn't even refurb the wheels! ;)

Now stop trolling me you hat-wearing thundermut.

I'd have had that for herself four weeks ago. She now has a Ka instead :(

Nice DS behind.

ETA it does seem cheap. Is that the going rate for these?

F*ck the internet, I was doing this My Way.

Shame I don't want it as I'd have that if I did.

I'll point my g/f at it though.

Skoda Octavia vRS. Ducati 748 Biposto. BMW R1200RT SE.

I'm going to give it a proper once over tomorrow, get it cleaned, see how it polishes up and take some decent photos (including the marks and wheels). I know there's a few scuffs that should come out and a few that definitely won't...:?

I'm driving it at the moment though because she left it full of petrol - it goes pretty well and sounds surprisingly fruity.

Does it have a/c or any kind of bluetoothery?

I'd have paid you £200 more than your asking price if you'd only confirmed that the windscreen was original, and the wishbone corrosion was reasonable.

No mention of HIGH SPEED stability testing either..

Do the back seats fold down flat?
Serious question, I want to space to put the dog.

Great little cars those...

My mum has similar vintage (although not an ST) and I'm always impress3ed by the fact it "feels" like a bigger more substantial car than it actually is from behind the wheel.

An ST equivalent should be an excellent little run-around/city car for someone

ooh, that's a good sales pitch:

Spend £20k doing a full nut and bolt strip down and refurb on this, then don't drive it for 20 years and it'll be worth £70k! I mean, who can question that sort of investment!?

Interesting. Can I be a pain and ask you to take a picture?

Cool, give me a couple of days and I'll put together a proper list of info and pictures to put up here ahead of advertising it elsewhere!

Excellent, thanks Rich.

Ive inadvertently done that thing we all hate dealers doing - advertising the car before prepping it...

Be honest Rich, you were expecting a couple of old forum memes and a revels offer before putting it on AT. You weren't expecting someone to actually be interested .
